**Who do we need?**

A passionate and dedicated Contact Centre Advisor to join our team in the Durham Head Office. You will work 37.5 hours per week, covering hours between 07:00 to 17:00 on Monday to Friday and occasional weekends on a rota basis (time is given back in lieu).

You will be a motivated salesperson or looking for a new opportunity in sales who enjoys working to targets and business to business sales. You will also be able to identify opportunities to recruit members and excite existing members about our partners offers and benefits of membership to encourage engagement. You will also be someone who enjoys some variety in your day and wants to help existing members solve their problems.

This could be the ideal career opportunity for you if you have previously worked in customer service, sales, retail or have finished college or university and are seeking a new challenge.

Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager you will work alongside the Contact Centre team supporting the membership and wider business.

Having values and skills such as strong communication, integrity, empathy, and desire for continuous improvement will be vital to this role as our organisation needs a forward-thinking advisor to drive innovation.

**What will you receive?**

**What is the process?**
- We are reviewing CVs quickly as they come in
- Interviews and a short roleplay on the phone will take place at Bede House with the Contact Centre Manager and Team Leader.
- Onboarding would involve training off and on the phones with supervision from your colleagues, whilst on an induction plan, meeting people around the business to understand what we do.
