**About Us**:
ARM Ltd - We are a friendly, family run business based in Leominster focused on the design, manufacture and install of high-quality radio nurse call systems to care homes and hospitals across the UK.

**The Job**:
We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic person to join our admin department in a part-time capacity supporting our existing team. The role incorporates all usual aspects of office administration, but the main responsibilities are:

- Preparing, processing and dispatching of new orders.
- Receiving and coordinating customer returns.

The right person should be enthusiastic and flexible, with the ability to demonstrate great communication and organisational skills. Whilst previous admin experience is advantageous, a positive attitude and a strong team ethic are most important.

**The key skills required are**:

- Good communication skills - oral and written.
- Proficient in MS Excel/Word/Outlook.
- Experience of Xero Accounting package an advantage.
- Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail.

We are initially looking for 3 hours per day, ideally around the middle part of the day.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.75 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
