The Office Administrator will work as part of an office based team providing first class service to our farmer customers and commercial sales teams. This will necessitate strong relationships with both internal and external customers. Your emphasis mustalways be on delivering what we promise both to our field sales colleagues and our customers.

The Office Administrator will provide excellent telephone contact and administration support including preparing reports, mailings, fulfilling stationery requests, providing information on customer activity and generally providing the administrative supportrequired by the Sales Agents and Regional Sales Managers in order to manage their territories efficiently.

The post-holder will have:

- Previous Office / Admin Experience (minimum 1 year)
- Excellent Telephone Manner
- Ability to use own initiative
- Knowledge of agriculture and particularly livestock farming would be advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent IT Skills

This person will be:

- Completely focussed on providing excellent levels of customer service
