**Leasehold and Homeownership Partner**

**Salary £36,738 + Car allowance**

**Location - Home working based in South Region**

Delighted to be partnering with a fantastic organisation to recruit for a Leasehold and Homeownership Partner. In this role you will be part of the team that is often the first point of contact for homeowner customers. You will provide answer to more complex or wider queries by collaborating with colleagues when required and work in partnership with the Housing Services team with regards to mixed tenure sites. You will visit companies schemes, carrying out inspections and will have a visible presence.

**Experience required**
- Experience within Leasehold management at a Housing Association and/or managing agent with an understanding of the various workstreams relevant to lease and neighbourhood management.
- A good understanding of leases, transfers, regulation and best practice.
- An organised, professional individual with the ability to prioritise and organise workload whilst managing high volumes of queries from both customers and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills able to communicate with multiple stakeholders on multiple levels.
- The passion and drive to continuously improve service delivery to Homeowners.
- You will thrive to overcome challenges and seek to achieve positive outcomes for customers whilst ensuring we meet with regulatory requirements and best practice.
- A willingness to undertake continual professional development to keep your knowledge, updates on case law, First Tier Tribunal decisions, legislations up to date
- A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- A full UK driving license and access to a car
