You will deliver and embedded the HR strategy as well as drive the HR agenda forward and be part of the senior leadership team, defining and delivering best practice. As the Head of HR, you will report into the CEO and lead the HR team which supports offices within the UK and internationally. The team have huge potential for development and are ambitious and driven to succeed.

In your role you will take full responsibility for all people related tasks, will act as a trusted partner to the business, joining the senior leadership team to deliver and embedded the HR vision and strategy. You will build and forge excellent relationshipsacross the founders, partners, board, and senior leadership team, advising strategically on all things people orientated. You will build and deliver an international people strategy covering the full employee journey, bringing a collective, collaborative,and high performing business together.
This is a pivotal and crucial role within the organisation where you will have full responsibility for HR Strategy, Organisation Design and Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Diversity & InclusionStrategies, Engagement, HRIS and Compensation and Benefits. It's a true blend of strategic HR as well as supporting and operating across HR operations to ensure a first-class service to the business.

A key element of this role is the ownership of the HR system and data, you will be responsible for fully implementing the comprehensive HR system and self-service approach for managers and employees. The system is currently being implemented and serves variouscore activities within the HR function. There is a drive to move payroll and remaining HR operations/processes, people data and reporting onto the system, as well as to utilise the system's strong L&D capabilities.

To be successful in this role you will be a talented HR professional who can demonstrate an impressive work history of operating in similar roles within a partnership business. You will have a strategic mindset with technical expertise and will be confidentin your ability to lead an HR function and deliver the people strategy.

You will demonstrate the following:

- Ability to develop and implement strategic and operational plans over the short and long-term
- Strong communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Strong ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders and all staff
- Commercial acumen - partnering with the business to deliver commercially focused people strategies.
- Demonstrable ability to work with specialist HR platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation.
- Lead on HR projects and deliver companywide HR strategic change projects.
