Senior HR Advisor

Senior HR Advisor required to join a highly reputable organisation in Bath. My client are market leaders in what they do with a fantastic portfolio of work. Due to growth, they are looking to expand their HR team, to allow them to continue to deliver anoutstanding HR service to their client base.
As the Senior HR Advisor, you will report into the Head of HR and support the HR Business Partner with all generalist tasks. This will include, being the first point of contact for all HR advice and guidance, supporting on complex ER case work, coaching, andupskilling of line managers, supporting on talent management, performance management and succession planning as well as dealing with all tasks around the employee lifecycle to include, inductions, appraisals, salary review, promotion opportunities and exitinterviews.
The role is extremely varied offering you exposure to all areas of HR and the opportunity to work on Global HR projects supporting teams in Europe and Asia.
You will be a highly successful HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor looking for your next move, you will have proven experience of operating as a true generalist and will be a pro active team player who is driven and ambitious.
If you have had exposure to global HR this will be of real interest to my client along with any HR projects that you have been involved in. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, be highly organised with an ambitious attitude.
