**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**French speaking Order Processing Administrator**
**Salary: Up to £24,000 p.a. dpending on experiences**
**Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester**

**Main duties**:
To be the first point of contact for customers and delivering the highest standard customer experience.

**The Role**:

- To create and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing customers
- To check all of the relevant information and process orders
- To provide quotations and pro forma invoices
- To maintain information on the company database
- To support the business across all departments
- To create product spreadsheets
- To resolve product or service problems
- To occasionally attend international trade shows

**CANDIDATE'S PROFILE**
- **Fluent in French (written and spoken)**:

- Knowledge of German language would be an advantage
- Computer literate MS Excel knowledge is essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics would be and advantage
- Previous experience customer service, sales or export support within Manufacturing company or B2B is essential
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive & dynamic

**SALARY**

**Up to £24,000 p.a. depending on experiences**
