Delivering the highest standards of Customer Service, and with the increase in the Export business **The Role**: - Responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience - Making sure overseas warehouse receives orders promptly each day - Ensuring the despatch manifests for each export courier are produced daily - Responsible for ensuring that the 3 day turn around promised for premium customers - Cover both the Export Administration desks on holidays and sickness - Represent the company brand through pro-active and positive communication - Small team be ready to undertake other tasks/projects as required - No sales calls, or cold calling is required in this job role - Fluent German (both written and verbally)**: - Additional fluency in French would be an advantage - Senior experience required from a Customer Services background**: - Ability to use Microsoft office and outlook, with a knowledge of a SAP system**: - Previous mentoring, training or management - advantageous - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines - Team player, excel in building cooperation - Confident, proactive & dynamic **Salary**:up to £27.500 DOE pa** French Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
