As a French Speaking Customer Service Manager we are looking for individuals who are customer focused, enjoys working in a fast paced environment and have worked in a customer service managerial environment previously.
- Generate statistical and operational reports.
- Coach and manage the team to maximise performance, following company procedures and guidelines.
- Assist the Management Team with the recruitment and management of any staff
- To provide shift rotas and manage holidays. Record and manage absence and timekeeping whilst following any HR policies disciplinary procedures in this area.
- Recommendations of process improvements and the enhancement of customer experience
- To conduct monthly 1 2 1's with the team recording performance and delivering clear objectives to aid performance and development
- To promote, and offer, the highest level of customer service standards at all times to both internal and external customers
- To continuously seek ways in which to improve personal, team and business performance
- To assist with the day-to-day administration
- Establishing a solid understanding of company systems and utilise tools and technology to provide the appropriate level of support and excellent customer service expected by clients and fans both internally and externally.
- Work with customers to identify specific needs and expectations; special/custom product fulfilments.
- Assist in the achievement of service-level-agreements
- Support internal colleagues in the service delivery process.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (35 hours) and may involve weekend shifts

Have you got the following experience or skills?
- Fluent in Business French, plus English both written and verbally
- Management Experience in a Customer Service Focused Environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task within a high-pressure environment
- A calm, patient, and professional manner
- Confident in dealing with the complex customer enquiries and escalations.
- Excellent written English in order to professionally respond to internal & external customers.
- A basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- A passion for customer service
- Excellent team player
- Strong admin skills
- Numerate and literate
- Desire to succeed
