**Client Coordinator and Administrator.**
We are unique designers and manufacturers of bespoke windows and doors and screens, and work closely with our clients to deliver unique and timeless glazing in real architectural bronze. Understanding the specific requirements of the architects, designers and homeowners that we work with and building strong customer relationships and repeat business has been key to our success. Our work can be found in some outstanding buildings throughout the UK and as far as Australia and America.

We are looking for a driven and engaging individual to join our project team to form a close link and communication platform between all our departments and our clients.
You will be assisting our Scheduler and project coordinator in helping to keep projects on track, working with our clients to make sure surveys and drawing approvals are carried out in a timely and efficient manner. The role will involve attending client and project meetings so a professional approach, being friendly, presentable and nicely spoken is essential.
To be great in this role you will also need to have good time management skills, good at written and verbal communication and enjoy a varied role where no two days are alike.
Excellent Microsoft office, excel and general database knowledge and entry is essential.
This is a very interesting job for someone who has strong customer focus, is organised and wants to play an important and rewarding role within the team.
