As an Energy Specialist you will play an integral part in developing and maintaining existing and new customer relationships through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to deliver quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.

**Other Responsibilities**
- Plan and prioritise sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed business aims
- Use customer and prospect contact activity tools and systems and update relevant information held in these systems (SalesForce)
- Pipeline management
- Ensure KPIs are within agreed target levels
- Ensure maximum possible customer retention by renewal sales process
- Proven B2B sales ability and managed account experience essential
- Strong communication and relationship building skills, comfortable dealing with all levels within an organization
- Essential to be able to communicate with people whose first language is Welsh
- Good attention to detail essential
- Highly organized, self driven and committed to excellence
- Hard working, passion for success and prepared to work with a ‘can do and will do’ attitude
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages and CRM systems
- Full, clean driving license.
