Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Frome, who are actively seeking to engage a **Project Coordinator** to join the team on a permanent basis.

**What you will be doing**:
Reporting to the Manager, you will support the development and optimisation of the Company's product range and be the customers main point of contact for tender, and requests.
- Organise and attend project meeting, populate the minutes, and share them with the relevant stakeholders.
- Be a pivotal contact between all departments to ensure a smooth launch of the new products or changes. Ensuring robust timeline are agreed and communicate to ensure expectations are managed.
- Manage end to end packaging development with the right process and legal checks through to sign off either for development projects and design or legal updates.
- Organise samples with the team accordingly to customer requests.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Project Management experience.
- Prioritisation and handling complexity: capacity and capability to lead and deliver multiple projects in parallel.
- Detailed focus
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Hands on attitude.
- Ability to work unsupervised and achieve results within tight deadlines.

**What you will receive in return**:

- To £25,000 per annum (DOE)
- Hours: 08.30 to 5.30PM
- Company pension 6% employer contribution (Salary exchange)
- 25 days holiday + 8 Bank holidays
- Company sick pay - 3 months full contractual pay
- 4 x Death in Service
