**Service Co-ordinator**
Our Service team deliver high-quality technical alignment projects and support to our managed service customers. Our highly skilled engineering team rely on projects plans and schedules to deliver those services within budget and to agreed timescales. The Service coordinator role is a support role to our Service Team Managers. The role is responsible for the consistent communication with stakeholders, the efficiency of resources, quality of technical delivery and timely execution of projects for the department.
Primarily, the role will be accountable for coordinating schedules together with the Team Manager, to hold the Engineers to account for their deadlines. The role will also entail verbal and written communication with the customer vie our management systems. Management of company stock and procurement of hardware to fit into the schedules is essential to ensure engineers have all parts they require.
The successful Service Coordinator will receive the training, support and certifications required to ensure you stay ahead of emerging technologies, and project management frameworks enabling you to provide exceptional customer service and fully support our clients as their businesses grow.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accurate and consistent scheduling to achieve deadlines.
- Coordination of projects with customer and Engineer to meet agreed deadlines.
- Coordinating sub-contractors where they are required for project delivery.
- Coordinating field/project service board
- Updating Templates
- Closing of Projects/Tickets on completion.
- Documentation and feedback of lessons learnt.
- Management of Netitude Stock
- Procurement of parts within the service department
- Build relationship with new/current suppliers to ensure timelines are met and within budget.
- Purchase of additional software licences needed across the business.
- Work with other departments to resolve account queries.
**Skills and Experience required**:
- Excellent customer service, customer-facing and problem-solving skills
- Expert organisational, time management and documentation skills, preferably with experience of logging time
- Good attention to detail
**Qualifications (preferable, not essential)**:
- Prince 2 Foundation (or Practitioner)
- 1+ years of professional IT experience
- Microsoft Foundation Level (Workstation, Infrastructure or Cloud)
- BSc/B.Eng. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field
