We are recruiting for a Security Officer to join a dynamic and growing team based at new development.

**What will you be doing as Security Officer?**
- Meeting and greeting staff members/visitors as they come in and out of the development.
- Always providing exceptional customer service
- Responding to daily enquiries and using initiative to resolve any complaints
- Monitor CCTV.
- General administration
- Assisting with law enforcement and emergency services where appropriate.
- Regularly patrolling the building and site perimeter including monitoring the entrances.
- Accurate note taking and relaying all information and incidents to our 24/7 control room.

**What are we looking for in a Security Officer?**
- Knowledgeable. Have a background in the security industry and have experience of standard security policies and procedures.
- You understand the importance of leading by example and ensuring you are highly presentable in dress.
- A strong customer service background. Understanding the importance of how to approach both direct and indirect clients, ensuring a strong service is offered through both yourself and the team around you.
