**Talent Acquisition Specialist**
**£38,000 - £45,000**
**6 month FTC**
Cambridge / 1 day per week in office
Working on an exciting project for 6 months to support the recruitment of a number of blue-collar employees for a global manufacturing business near to Cambridge. This is a sought after company to work for and the role would suit an experienced volume recruiterwho is looking for a 6-month contract and is available at short notice. My client is looking for a hands-on recruiter to make an immediate impact.
**DUTIES**
- Working at pace, you will be supporting on multiple vacancies at once, managing different requisitions and understanding the different requirements needed
- You will work as part of a small team, you will have the autonomy to make decisions and support with the implementation of the recruitment process
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Experience of high-volume recruitment ideally in a blue-collar environment, however this is not essential
- You will have strong stakeholder management experience and be able to build internal relationships and manage processes
- Strong organisational skills, direct sourcing, 3rd party relationship experience
- You will have in-house recruitment experience
- You will be happy with a hybrid role and a 6-month contract
