You will be responsible for all of the recruitment activities throughout Europe, reporting to the Head of HR Operations.

**Responsibilities**:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans tailored to each role and market.

Ensure clear and complete interview notes are maintained

Develop standardised methods for the interview and selection process

Stay abreast of market trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition, and incorporate them into recruitment strategies.

Track and analyse recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements, Skills and Experience

Knowledge of European labour laws and regulations relating to recruitment and hiring.

Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and effectively influence decision-making.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Able to work remotely

Self motivated and able to meet demanding timelines

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and relevant recruitment tools.

Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.

The ability to speak German or other European languages would be an advantage.
