**Satellite Presentation Specialist**

**On site** based near St Paul’s

Monday to Friday

11am till 7pm OR 12pm till 8pm (Fridays can be 9am till 5pm based on workflow)

£36,000 per annum plus 8% shift allowance

**Williams Lea are looking for an experienced Presentation Specialist to join our team in London**

**The Job**:
The team do things slightly differently as their clients prefer not to use Pitchbook/bank brand as much, therefore they need someone that can pick up the team's differences quickly and produce interesting and engaging client style templates. The ability to think creatively to produce innovative and attractive designs for clients is a must.
- Work as part of a team liaising closely with clients to produce presentations materials
- Liaise with bankers in a professional, consultative and helpful manner at all times. To own and take responsibility for the work, in terms of the final product, e.g. consistency, deadline management, accuracy and quality in accordance with the client request and Bank template and corporate guidelines
- Take responsibility for the management of the document and the Satellite workflow, within time and quality parameters, handling customer queries relating to these documents
- To liaise directly with the Workflow Coordinator on a regular basis to give updates on workflow reach out for assistance when required and letting the workflow know if any downtime to assist with main department work
- Develop effective working relationships with clients and colleagues to promote a strong working
**The Experience**:

- Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience of working in a corporate culture
- Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst under pressure
- Strong attention to details required and communication is vital
