Williams Lea employees nearly 7000 people worldwide provide efficient business services at client sites in often complex and highly regulated environments from centralised Williams Lea onshore facilities and through best cost company offshore locations.Purpose of the RoleThe Presentation Associate is responsible for producing high-quality presentation materials for clients ensuring accuracy consistency and adherence to the Banks corporate templates and brand guidelines. This role works closely with clients Workflow Coordinators and colleagues across the Presentation and Design teams to deliver visually compelling polished presentations within agreed deadlines.The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical skills attention to detail and a consultative approach; taking ownership of each project from concept to completion. The Presentation Associate plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction managing competing priorities effectively and fostering positive working relationships with both clients and team members.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate format and enhance client presentations using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Excel Visio) and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop Acrobat)Ensure all materials meet established corporate standards for layout accuracy and brandingManage multiple projects simultaneously maintaining a high level of quality under tight deadlinesProofread and edit content for grammar spelling and consistencyMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionCommunicate clearly and professionally with clients team leads and Workflow Coordinators regarding progress deadlines and issuesCollaborate with team members to deliver projects efficiently and resolve challenges proactivelyPerform quality assurance checks on own work and others work when requiredTroubleshoot basic software or hardware issues and escalate when necessaryContribute to a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional client serviceKey Skills and CompetenciesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with strong skills in Excel and VisioWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applicationsExcellent attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional demeanour with the ability to remain composed under pressureStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesSelf-motivated proactive and collaborative team playerCommitment to quality accuracy and continuous improvementJob DutiesUse workflow tracking systems to log and manage all presentation requestsReview job specifications and ensure tasks are completed accurately throughout the project lifecycleDesign and format client materials including pitch books proposals and marketing presentationsApply established templates styles and design standards to maintain consistency across deliverablesCommunicate regularly with Workflow Coordinators and clients to manage expectations and ensure timely deliveryMeet or exceed service delivery deadlines and performance targetsMaintain an organized cost-efficient approach to using resources and suppliesUphold all Williams Lea and client policies ensuring compliance at all times Rewards and BenefitsWe believe in supporting our employees in both their professional and personal lives.
