**Hours of work**: Monday to Friday 4pm - Midnight**
IR35 status**:Inside IR35
**Duration**:3 months (potential to convert to permanent)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Presentations Specialist to join a prestigious and well-respected organisation.

This role involves the creation of high quality PowerPoint presentations such as pitch-books, proposals, financial statements and other material, and providing support and advice on design solutions across EMEA region.
Please note the workinh hours are Monday to Friday 4pm - Midnight

**Key responsibilities include**

Liaising closely with internal clients to deliver their requirements, providing creative solutions and technical support

Communicating effectively at all levels, readily asking questions or entering discussion to ensure clarity and make suggestions for improvement

Producing presentations accurately and efficiently within timeframes, including ability to proof own work

Encouraging and seeking feedback to ensure standards are maintained and expectations are met/exceeded

Planning workload accordingly to ensure deadlines are met

Ensuring brand adherence and consistency where appropriate

Ensuring skill levels are continuously developed and enhanced

Collaborating with local and global team

MS PowerPoint - advanced level**
**MS Word and MS Excel - basic level at least**
**Knowledge of Adobe Creative tools, especially Illustrator and Photoshop (proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro will be an asset)**
**Excellent communication skills**
**Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset**
**Passion for results and taking ownership to achieve them**
**Ability to share and receive feedback and be open to continuous improvement**
**Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, performing well under pressure**
**Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
