An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client with offices in Haywards Heath or Manchester. They are looking for several Customer Services Advisor to join their team. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY and an immediate start. You must be free for a 19th AprilStart.

You will be trained extensively, supported and this is a real chance to start or build on your career whilst working in a fun and vibrant environment.

The role is based within the office for the first 6 months for training purposes, moving onto hybrid working thereafter. Working on a shift pattern Mon - Fri and working 1 Saturday in 4.

**Customer Services Advisor responsibilities**:

- You will be the **first point of call via telephone**for their customers
- Escalate calls to the correct teams
- Effectively negotiate with customers, suppliers and all relevant third party representatives
- Adhere to and consider all regulatory requirements at all times
- Be compliant with health and safety policies at all times
- Ensure compliance with company standards/regulations at all times
- Any other reasonable duties as required

**Motor Claims Handler Skills & Experience**:

- Demonstrable experience from a Customer Service role
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to adopt a logical approach to resolving problems
- Complaint resolution is essential
- Coaching/training experience desirable
- Good Liability Knowledge and a confident challenger
- Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
- Desire to learn and develop through continuous training
