**Customer Service Advisor**
£20600per annum, 37.5 hours pw, 9am - 5pm(30 min lunch) or 8:30am - 5pm(1 hour lunch), Mon-Fri, Progression Opportunity, 25 days annual leave, Employee assistance
Within a busy environment you will be expected to:
- Maintain a high level of knowledge across products and systems
- Cross sell products
- Retain customers
- Undertake any other tasks required of you by your hub manager.
We would expect the successful Customer Agent to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both in a written and verbal format. There will be a requirement for this person to work well amongst a team as well as being capable of organising andmanaging their own tasks effectively. This role would be ideal for someone who has had customer service experience in an office-based environment, however this is not essential.
You will be joining a long standing and reliable client with offices conveniently located close to Haywards Heath station. As a Customer Agent you will be working within the Customer Operations team with a possibility of progression into a Customer Expertrole. This would involve supporting the Hub Leader and Hub Manager to deal with escalated queries, whilst utilising extensive knowledge of the products and systems.
