Job Overview

Properties by Guru and the Pharmacy Property Club are rapidly growing as leading property-focused brands, leveraging the power of social media to connect with investors, build communities, and deliver exceptional property deals. We are looking for a Social Media and Content Specialist to help us take our online presence to the next level.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for social media, videography, and content creation who also has an interest in the property space. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our marketing strategies, producing engaging content, and helping us expand our brand’s reach while contributing to our mission of delivering value to investors and our growing community of 900+ pharmacists.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms to grow our presence and connect with property investors.
- Collaborate with the team to create and edit high-quality, engaging content, including videos, graphics, and promotional materials, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Final Cut Pro.
- Produce captivating videos for our campaigns, property showcases, and educational content tailored to our audience.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages to build relationships with our community.
- Support marketing efforts for the Pharmacy Property Club and ensure our messaging aligns with the property space and our entrepreneurial ethos.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and refine strategies to drive growth and engagement.
- Assist with photography, videography, and behind-the-scenes content creation for a more authentic and engaging brand experience.
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep us ahead in the digital space.

Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in social media management, marketing, or content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and results.
- Skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Final Cut Pro, Canva for video and content editing.
- Interest in property investment and development, with enthusiasm for contributing to a growing entrepreneurial business.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and how to engage audiences.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate within a fast-paced, ambitious team.

Pay: £500.00-£1,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 7 - 30 per week
