A Bit About You What We’re Looking For You’ll be someone who combines smart planning with flawless delivery — as comfortable building a strategy as you are getting content live. You’ll ideally have: Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts in an agency or in-house role. A deep understanding of major social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn . Strong analytical skills to measure performance and optimise effectively. Experience using reporting tools and turning data into clear, actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Your Day-to-Day We’re a growing agency with big ambitions, looking for someone who wants to grow with us. You’ll work with SME brands, collaborate with a brilliant team, and make a real impact on client success. Your responsibilities will include: Account Management: Build strong client relationships, deliver exceptional results, and provide regular updates. Content Creation: Craft scroll-stopping content across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Paid & Organic Campaigns: Develop, execute, and optimise strategies that drive measurable results. Platform Expertise: Stay ahead of trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to keep clients one step ahead. Reporting Excellence: Deliver insightful performance reports with clear recommendations. Strategic Execution: Collaborate with in-house teams to deliver integrated marketing strategies that truly move the needle.
