**Female Personal Assistant/Support Worker required to assist **a woman in her 30’s with a physical disability living independently in Uddingston, South Lanarkshire.
Support is required to assist in attending social activities such as days out, shopping and lunches. Assistance is required to attend to personal care needs including moving and assisting. Support is required for some light household duties, meal and snack preparation will also be required.
Assistance will also be required to attend appointments.
Friendly, helpful, encouraging, person required with a good sense of humour.
**Driver essential - you will be required to drive a manual mobility vehicle.**
**Recruiting for 2 positions to cover 36 hours per week in total**
**Days and times**:
Covering 6 days per week - Monday to Saturday
6 hour shifts from 10.30AM to 4.30PM
As assistance is required to attend medical appointments etc, these times may vary slightly with notice given to workers in advance - this will be discussed at interview

**Hourly Rate**
£11.00 per hour
