We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Events Facilitator, to oversee all aspects of our virtual reality training events, ensuring they run smoothly and are executed to the highest standards.

**You'll be responsible for things like...**
- Collaborating with event creators to understand the objectives and goals of each event
- Coordinating with industry leaders and speakers, and other participants, to ensure their technical needs are met
- Monitoring the event during the live broadcast, ensuring that technical issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Managing event communication and providing technical support to attendees
- Assisting with event planning and logistics, including creating run-of-show documents, handling pre-event preparations, and post-event wrap ups

**We're looking for someone with...**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisation and project management skills
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of virtual reality technology and experience in organising virtual events
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical issues quickly and effectively
