Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
**Duties**:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide clerical support to the team as needed
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in computerized office systems, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Hotel bookings
