**Job summary**:
As the Administrative Support to the Station Commander (Stn Cdr) at RAF Lossiemouth, your primary responsibility is to provide essential administrative support to the Stn Cdr and wider Station Headquarters. The role plays a key role in ensuring efficient communication and the smooth operation of Station command functions.
This post is advertised as Full Time at 37 hours per week.
**Job description**:
The post holder will be responsible for:
- The management and prioritisation of a comprehensive diary system on behalf of the Stn Cdr.
- The coordination of meetings and appointments, ensuring that all required equipment and documentation is available, and venues are booked, if required.
- The production and amendment of draft letters and documents, database and filing management.
- The administration and management of travel arrangements for the Stn Cdr.
- Assisting with the organisation of RAF Lossiemouth visits, ensuring that Station Executive team involvement is coordinated, and all required documentation is available.
- Internal and External stakeholder engagement.
- Ensuring that the Stn Cdrs, and Outer Office is maintained in a clean, tidy and professional manner at all times.
**Person specification**:
The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written is essential as you will be engaging with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally.

- Previous experience working within the defence environment.
