**The Vacancy**

**About the Role**

Working alongside the Visitor Experience Manager and other Team Leaders, you’ll be supporting, developing and leading permanent and temporary Visitor Hosts and managing daily front of house operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and inspire the Visitor Host Team to deliver a warm welcome and an excellent visitor experience.
- Be the first point of call for liaising with internal teams on day-to-day issues.
- Effectively carry out defined responsibilities for health and safety, safeguarding, evacuations and collections emergency planning.
- Undertake administrative duties including producing rosters, submitting timesheets and following HR procedures.

**About You**

**Key Qualities, Skills, and Experience**
- Proven track record of supervising and delivering effective customer service in a similar setting
- Experience managing and developing staff in a public-facing environment
- Experience and understanding of health and safety and security standards as they affect a public venue.
- Good standard of education - GCSE Level English or equivalent, good numerical skills
