**Four Pillars Gin** was created in 2013 by three mates and one extraordinary copper CARL still in the back of an Aussie shed. Today, it is the most awarded gin brand in Australia and has claimed the IWSC title of International Gin Producerof the Year not once, but twice, all in just under ten years. Exporting to 25 markets, we have a team of Ambassadors and Trade Managers in Asia, the Americas, and the South Pacific, all helping to spread the love of craft gin.

To fly the flag for Aussie craft gin in the European, Middle East, and African markets, we are searching for an experienced and highly competent **Trade Manager - EMEA** to take the helm.

At the core of this role, you will be responsible for maximising sales and visibility within relevant markets and channels by working with our local partners in each region to create distribution opportunities. By keeping abreast of market conditions andcompetitor activities, you will develop strategic business plans to build relationships with new partners in select markets. Working in collaboration with our UK distributor, Proof, you will strengthen Four Pillars’ volume and brand awareness in the UK byleveraging your network of key contacts in on-premise and retail.
- Have demonstrated experience in a similar senior management position within the spirits industry for a minimum of 5 years.
- Be a strategic powerhouse in budgeting, forecasting, and planning to deliver against annual volume and GP targets.
- Have previously managed a sales workforce (although no direct reports are currently in place).
- Have knowledge of emerging trends, new launches, advertising, and promotions of key competitors.
- Show proven experience in developing innovative in-market activation and promotion plans to successfully support NPD launches.
