From our successful Dragon’s Den pitch to launching our new rum subscription and seeing our products appear on some of the UK High Street’s most prestigious shelves, it’s been quite the journey so far.

We’re looking for a passionate and talented social media storyteller to join us on this journey, to help manage and grow our social channels, and expand and nurture our engaged community. This is a really exciting chance to join us at a pivotal point for the business, as we explore new opportunities and target new audiences.

Reporting directly into our Chief Brand & Community Officer, you will help support our long term social and content strategy through the creation of thumb-stopping, conversation-starting content that brings our brand and product offering to life.

Key responsibilities
- Plan, create, schedule and publish daily written, image and video content across our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Create and edit native-feeling mobile video content for use across both organic and paid social campaigns
- Help to build an engaged community around our brand through targeted, channel-specific content
- Grow our presence across different social media platforms, taking the initiative to identify and capitalise on new opportunities
- Use your platform knowledge and creative skills to produce funny, responsive, of-the-moment viral and shareable posts.
- Bring Craft Gin Club’s product offering to life to creatively drive sales
- Work closely with the wider content team to create and oversee the organic social content plan
- Plan and deliver high-performing social campaigns for commercial partners that deliver results for both our brand and theirs
- Report on results against agreed KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing.
- a social media native full of ideas, with a strong understanding of all major social channels and a finger on the pulse of social trends
- a natural storyteller who is able to use humour and creativity to create thumb-stopping content,
- experience working on both organic and paid social campaigns.
- demonstrable experience of a ‘test and learn’ mentality when it comes to creating and posting relevant content in response to brand needs and objectives.
- a strong understanding of different social media audiences and platforms with the skill to adapt and create relevant content for each, as necessary.
- confident and creative copywriting and written and verbal communication skills.
- experience of shooting and editing mobile-first video content for use on social media, also happy to get in front of the camera
- Understanding of SEO, trend and keyword research, Google Analytics is preferable.
- the ability to bring the Craft Gin Club tone of voice and personality to life across our social channels.
- self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work well as part of a small team in a busy environment.
- interest in all things food and drink - a passion for gin is a definite plus
- excellent organisational skills and ability to maintain strong relationships.
- ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
