My client is seeking a Claims Handler to join their exciting business, due to growth. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience within insurance - customer service / sales or claims. **The Role**:

- Handling and processing claims
- Taking first notification of loss and handling through to settlement
- Investigating into documents and information
- Communicating with clients and assisting with queries around their claim
- Updating information and databases

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Experience within insurance - desirable
- Excellent customer service
- Highly organised, ability to prioritise
- People skills
- Ability to empathise
