In this role you will act as intermediary between policyholders and insurance companies, delivering exceptional customer claims service experience. Your focus will be on advising clients, obtaining and reviewing claim documentation. Why join us? What You'll Be Doing Service a variety of clients across different business classes, guiding and advising them on policy cover and claims process to ensure quality service. Check insurance cover and policy dates before providing advice or reviewing new claims. Acknowledge all new claims to clients and insurers, keeping clients informed to achieve best outcomes. Liaise with clients, insurers, property managers, agents and loss adjusters to support effective claims management. Provide input on underwriters' claims experience when requested. What you'll need to have General understanding of personal and commercial insurance. Excellent written and verbal communication – able to listen and understand claimant information. Interpretation and understanding of key terms and phrases in insurance documents. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and ability to arrange actions in the claims process.
