**The role as a Claims Handler**:

- Handling and processing of claims for the group, ensuring that claims are processed in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Carry out investigations to ensure all relevant documents and information are kept up to date.
- Maintain accurate information, inline with compliance.
- Liaise with customers, in order to assist with the payment process.
- Resolving any queries and providing excellent levels of customer service.

**Skills and Experience required**:

- GCSEs A-C in Maths & English
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent levels of customer service.
- You will be a great communicator.
- Good administration skills.
- Enthusiastic and positive approach.

**Salary**: £24,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
