**In this exciting role you will provide expert ticketing support to our airports worldwide. You are the first point of contact for all airports, offering advice to front line staff supporting customers with ticketing needs. You will find solutions, respond to disruption and offer our service providers help, advice and guidance. You will deliver a seamless customer service experience 24/7, 365 days per year.**
