**The role**:Payroll and Compliance Specialist**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Pay Services Operation Team, who are responsible for the accurate and timely administration of payroll for over 35,000 employees across British Airways, BA Subsidiaries and other OpCo's

**What you’ll do**:
As a Payroll and Compliance Specialist you will be responsible for end to end processing of payrolls across the payroll operation.

**What you’ll bring to British Airways**:
You will be accountable for the payroll accuracy through checking, validating and verifying payroll transactions, challenging requests for payments that do not follow company procedures. You will be working with highly sensitive data, aligning with GDPR and data protection, collaborating with internal and external partners to drive high performance.

**Your experience**:
Experience working within a high volume payroll department, statutory payroll knowledge and Intermediate excel skills are desirable for this role.
