We are making waves in the menswear industry and if that interests you then you’ll want to know that we have an exciting new temporary opportunity to join our dynamic Merchandise team based at our new state of the art Head Office at Thorpe Park, Leeds. The role is a 6 month opportunity and will be reviewed at the end of this time.

As a Merchandising Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role within our Merchandising Teams. You will provide essential admin support to your department.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Ensure updates are made so that intake is in the correct weeks as per supplier weekly delivery schedules.
- Ensure par’s are loaded onto the system for new products.
- Manage daily admin of intake. Communicate with suppliers and contribute to weekly critical path meetings under the support and guidance of the Merchandiser.
- Ensure all regroups & recalls are loaded onto the system as requested from the merchandising team and to ensure these are actioned by the retail team. Flag any outstanding on a weekly basis in trade meetings.
- Load size scales onto the system in line with critical path to ensure no delays to delivery date.
- Update daily/weekly departmental reports and produce ad hoc data analysis on request.

**Qualifications & experience**:

- Good written and verbal skills
- Previous work experience in a similar role an advantage

Pay: From £22,500.00 per year
