**Key Responsibilities for a Trainee Graduate Recruitment Consultant**:

- Account Management and Face-to-face meetings with Clients
- Providing clients with interview feedback
- Graduate Scheme Training:
As this is a graduate scheme and a graduate role, you will not be expected to be a fully formed recruitment consultant You will be put through a comprehensive training programme that will be tailored to you and designed to give you all the tools you needto become a top billing recruitment consultant.
