**Salary: £20k + uncapped commission (£30-40k 1st year OTE, £50-60k 2nd year, £70k+ 3rd year)**

**Training**

Our Client takes training very seriously. Their dedicated internal Learning and Development team work closely with you and your line manager to ensure training is thorough. Training is done both on the desk and in the classroom encompassing all aspects ofthe recruitment cycle and continues throughout your career with them.

**Benefits**

Industry leading basic salaries: £20,000 plus uncapped commission. There are also monthly, quarterly and yearly incentives including lunches, trips and various incentive schemes.

**The Role**

What to expect as a graduate/trainee recruitment consultant:

- Fast paced energetic sales environment that offers the ability to earn money quickly and progress in your career through fast track program

- Maintain successful client relationships
- Hitting targets/earning commission and celebrating your success each month

Looking for excellent graduates with a 2.1 or above with 6-12 months commercial experience (ideally in a B2B sales environment but other office based roles will be considered).

This role is suitable for someone who has recently left University and had a placement year as part of their degree OR a graduate who entered into a role following University and now wishes to make a move.
