The role will be to provide a comprehensive temporary resourcing service to the organisation ensuring the timely and accurate administration of all temporary resourcing requirements, including the maintenance of all appropriate systems.

You will be required to support line managers with all aspect of Temporary Staffing relating to bank and agency for all staff groups. Ensuring that all necessary documentation has been received and managed in a timely manner to secure the most appropriate and cost-effective bank/agency worker. You will provide advice and guidance to managers and applicants in all aspects of the temporary recruitment process in line with the agreed policies and procedures. You will be contacting all levels of staff with induction information and organise personal files/induction packs.

Deal effectively with payroll related queries from temporary workers and answer all incoming calls to the temporary resourcing team in a timely, polite and professional manner.

Ensuring external and internal problems/complaints, including flexible worker performance issues are handled appropriately and politely, referring onto the Senior Resourcing Officer / Resourcing Manager as appropriate.
