**The Position**: IT Helpdesk Analyst
**Location**: Central London
**Salary**: £32,000

A global organisation is looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their growing team to support a large user base, undertaking a diverse range of responsibilities.

The role provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with a close-knit IT team, including the Head of IT and Senior IT Engineers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Moving and setting up desks & hardware
- Using Active Directory to setup new started and process leavers
- Aid Senior engineers when working on exciting projects
- Help to support the IT infrastructure, including monitoring the network, backups, cloud platform, etc
- Provide assistance to the Head of IT to ensure security standards are met
- Complete administration tasks relating to Office 365 & Azure

**Technical Requirements**
- Office 365
- Azure
- Active Directory
- Hardware - PC's, laptops, mobile devices, printers
- Antivirus software
- Networking - DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP
- Basic knowledge of routers and switches
- Strong teamwork skills
- Excellent communication skills
