Helpdesk Analyst London - 5 days a week 30,000 - 38,000 + Benefits Our client is a market‑leading organisation looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to join their London office. You'll deliver day to day first line IT support, manage service desk tickets, support user onboarding and device setup, and provide hands on support for AV, meeting room and video conferencing technology, including events. You’ll need previous experience in IT support and AV environments, familiarity with Microsoft 365 and excellent communication and organisational skills. You must be comfortable working independently and capable of delivering a high standard of technical support.
