**The role**:

- Ringing customers to arrange job dates and times and sending correspondance
- Using Excel to populate information, book in jobs and maintain accurate information
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
- Admin experience in a fast paced environment
- Must be accurate when entering data into computers
- Familiar with Microsoft systems such as Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Reliable, punctual and hard working

**Hours + Pay**:

- Monday to Friday
- 09:00am - 17:00pm
- £11.50 per hour
