We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer/Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position is perfect for a skilled photographer with a passion for marketing, offering the opportunity to drive the visual and digital presence of our brands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **High-End Property Photography**:

- Capture professional, high-quality images of properties, showcasing them in the best possible light to attract potential buyers and tenants.
- Edit and enhance photos to ensure they meet the highest standards and reflect the unique characteristics of each property.
- Collaborate with the sales and lettings teams to schedule photoshoots and ensure timely delivery of images.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies for all estate agent brands within the group, focusing on engagement and brand growth.
- Create, schedule, and post content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice.
- Monitor social media performance, track analytics, and adjust strategies as needed to maximise reach and impact.
- **Marketing Campaigns**:

- Work closely with the team to develop and execute innovative marketing ideas and campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and online advertisements, ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure that all visual and written content adheres to the brand identity of each estate agent within the group.
- Regularly update and maintain the visual content on websites and digital platforms to reflect current property listings and brand messaging.
- **Client and Team Collaboration**:

- Liaise with clients to understand their marketing needs and expectations, ensuring that all content produced aligns with their vision.
- Work collaboratively with the sales, lettings, and marketing teams to support overall business objectives.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a professional photographer or graduate, with a portfolio showcasing high-end property photography.
- Experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within the real estate or related industries but not essential.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) and familiarity with social media management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the real estate market is a plus.

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
