Junior Photographer

**Salary**: up to £25,000
Working Hours
08.45am - 17.00pm (Monday - Thursday)
08.45am - 16.00pm (Friday)

**Junior Photographer Duties**:

- Keeping up to date with photographic trends, new technologies and ways of working.
- Being proactive and suggesting new ways of shooting, new trends to adopt and challenging a brief where you feel you could add different ideas.
- Completing all tasks on time & efficiently.
- Being a positive force within the business, creating and maintaining relationships throughout all departments.
- Working with the Creative & Marketing team to add value to the shoots coming up.

**Junior Photographer Requirements**:

- Photoshop and Microsoft packages including Excel are desired
- Capture One or Lightroom experience is a must
- Knowledge of studio lighting and ability to create lighting set ups to brief
- Proven experience creating video / graphic content for a range of media channels (experience in e-commerce will put you at a distinct advantage)
- Excellent communication with ability to articulate ideas clearly
- Organised with the ability to balance a workload according to the needs of the business and be adaptable
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and self-motivation
- Team player who is confident and has infectious good vibes
