Knitster LDN are a knitwear design studio and small-scale manufacturer based in East London.

We are expanding and require an experienced Administrator/Studio Coordinator to support our growth.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Data entry, tracking and processing of receipts and other basic bookkeeping tasks
- Chasing outstanding payments
- Maintain a clean and organised studio
- Ordering office and studio supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Managing utilities and suppliers
- Placing purchase orders
- Booking travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Managing courier shipments
- Filing and organisation of paperwork
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Communication and with suppliers and providers
- Ensure the studio runs effectively

Requirements and skills:

- Proficiency in both Mac and PC operating systems
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, Adobe Acrobat)
- Working knowledge of office equipment i.e. printers
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Strong organisational skill with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- 3 years of administrative assistance experience

Reporting to company directors

Part-time role 16 hours with flexible hours

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
