**Who are we?**

Manheim Vehicle Services is an evolving business supporting customer de-fleet across various location in the UK, multiple remarketing channels and a complete range of vehicle preparation services.

This requires an agile and responsive operational function able to support a variation of process. As we develop the range of services delivered and expand our customer base, the reconditioning team need to deliver services within SLA’s and KPI parameters and to a very high standard at all times.

Team members are responsible for ensuring all processes within their department run efficiently and support the smooth operation of the day-to-day function. Ensuring operational and customer service excellences are meet at all times and within all the company HSE requirements.

**Scope & Objectives of Role**:
You will lead, manage and develop the customer support team in their daily activities ensuring customer engagement and satisfaction is priority.

This position will be the link between the operational and administrations teams, understanding of the processes between both teams and expected outputs is key.

The role will promote team engagement which strives to put our people and customers first.

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Strong customer relationship skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong people management skills and experience of managing a team.
- Able to work as part of team, to resolve customer issues quickly despite competing priorities, can organise and plan to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail with a focus on customer service and quality
- Manage people in a way that enables them to be the best they can be.
- Be a positive role model to your team
- Excellent Communication - Both verbal and written
- Problem Solving - Recognition, assessment and solution delivery
- Can demonstrate a passion for their own personal development
- Experience within a customer facing role
