Stock Team Leader

We are on the lookout for a Stock Team Leader to support our Primark contract located in Lutterworth. You will lead a team of stock clerks on shift, ensuring stock accuracy and integrity while minimizing stock loss. This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work a 4-on-4-off shift pattern, with the hours of 06:00 till 18:00.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the allocation of work on a daily basis, controlling headcount and overtime budgets and ensuring cost, quality and delivery targets are metWork with the Operations team to resolve errors (e.g. Pick errors, placing errors, over picks, etc) and non-conformance affecting stock integrityProvide daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and develop and maintain visual management boards for the teamMeet standards of performance, behaviour and as laid down by company and site policies and procedures. Ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety requirements are metBackground in inventory or stock management, or a related roleExperience with operating a warehouse management system (WMS)Experience in managing teams within a supply chain or stock management environmentExperience demonstrating strong attention to detailGXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
