**What will you be doing?**
- Liaise with clients alongside the Account Manager to discuss and identify their requirements building trusted relationships with all client stakeholders
- Work with internal colleagues to co-ordinate the delivery of all campaigns to a high standard meeting the client's brief and budget
- Present (alongside Account Manager) the campaign ideas and budget to the client
- Work with the Account Manager to brief media, creative and technology requirements to assist with the formulation of marketing strategies
- Present creative work to clients for approval or modification
- Manage internal client task lists to ensure that all actions are delivered within timelines
- Write contact reports following all meetings
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns
- Add-value to clients by providing detailed reporting and data analysis with comprehensive commentary
- Internal point of contact for day-to-day client queries relating to performance and reporting
- Undertake administrative tasks
- Arrange and attend meetings

**Experience needed**
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A passion for marketing and delivering results for clients
- Existing Marketing experience either agency or client side
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients and projects
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and channels
- Advanced IT skills; experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
