**Salary: £36,000 (Full Time)**

**Hybrid Working Available: 3 days from home, 2 days in the office**

**About Us**:
The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our team in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact and play a pivotal role in our marketing strategies and tactical plans for the recruitment and retention of Authorised Training Employers (ATE's).

**Role Overview**:
As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will work within a team of three, reporting to the Marketing Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies and tactical plans to engage potential and current Authorised Training Employers. You'll collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns and projects. Acting as a brand champion, you will help embed ICAEW's brand values and promote best practices across the team and the organization.

A marketing degree/qualification is desirable but not essential.

Demonstrable skills and experience in analysing key digital metrics.

Experience or knowledge of developing and implementing a targeted content strategy.

Demonstrable B2B marketing experience is preferred.

Excellent written English, proofreading, communication, copywriting, planning, teamwork, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Excellent IT skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
