We have partnered with a fantastic Accountancy firm in London, who is seeking an Outsourcing Supervisor to join the team.
As part of their growth, they are hiring an experienced Outsourcing Supervisor to join the management accounting team.
As Outsourcing Supervisor, you will:
*Review monthly management reporting, including KPIs and commentary
*Work with SMEs to guide them through performance reporting
*Be responsible for billing and overall client profitability
*Line manage team members, mentoring them (particularly in commercial areas) including reviewing their work
*Have the overall responsibility for client service delivery
*Offer technical support for team members
*Ensure quality control for team members' work
*Maintain relationships with key partners such as Xero, Dext, Fathom, Pleo, and Credec, maximizing the products use
*Lead on the relationship with outsourcers
As Outsourcing Supervisor, you will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role - ideally in both practice and commercial environments. You will take ownership of your workload and be totally client and deadline-driven.We are looking for a flexible and responsive Outsourcing Supervisor, who enjoys working with clients and mentoring team members - driving both their and your own progression.
